I embarked on some exciting adventures while at OCEAN Programs, such as giving the Genesis Entrepreneurship Training a fresh new look, leading the charge in video production, and actively engaging alumni to gather testimonials and photos for marketing and digital content. My work expanded OCEAN's digital presence while adding a dash of enthusiasm to their entrepreneurial programs.
I was entrusted with rebranding the launch of the Genesis entrepreneurship training. This encompassed a comprehensive makeover for both the in-person and online versions of the course. As OCEAN was in the process of reshaping the curriculum to fit a new digital model, expanding its reach beyond Cincinnati, I was at the forefront of crafting an entirely fresh brand identity.
This involved not only establishing a new visual identity with distinctive colors, fonts, and design elements but also reshaping the content to seamlessly align with the reimagined branding. I oversaw the creation of captivating video introductions, engaging landing pages, and compelling social media posts, all harmonizing with the innovative ethos of the Genesis program's new digital era.
What began as a request to compile quotes for the filming and editing of Genesis video content evolved into a comprehensive role where I assumed leadership in the entire video production process.
This entailed not only gathering quotes but also conceiving and pitching innovative video concepts, overseeing filming, and ensuring the creation of a unified and compelling video narrative. My responsibilities extended beyond traditional videography, as I played a vital role in producing cohesive content for the digital launch of the Genesis entrepreneurship training.
I was tasked with a multi-faceted mission to engage with past alumni of the Small Business Training program, aiming to collect heartfelt testimonials and compelling photos to fuel future marketing endeavors and the expansion of OCEAN's digital content.
My role encompassed a range of activities, from sending personalized emails to alumni and making on-site visits to their locations for capturing photographs and conducting interviews. The subsequent step involved skillfully editing these interviews into concise, impactful short-form content that perfectly encapsulated the success stories of Genesis program graduates.
